Philip Barnes has been a leader and commentator in the development sector nationally for over 25 years. Between 2013 and 2025 Philip was Group Land and Planning Director for Barratt Redrow, with responsibility for maintaining a supply of consented land to enable the business to meet its volume and margin targets. Prior to that he was national lead on housing for Lichfields, a leading planning and economics consultancy.
